We exclusively use premium top-grain and full-grain bovine leather. These high-quality hides ensure that each bag is durable, water-resistant, and develops a beautiful unique patina over time.
How should I care for and clean my Kodiak Leather products?
To maintain the suppleness of the leather, we recommend applying a high-quality leather conditioner every 6-12 months. For cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap, but avoid soaking the leather or using harsh chemicals.
What is your return policy for domestic orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or embossed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your craftsmanship?
Yes, we stand behind our work with a lifetime warranty covering hardware failure or stitching defects. If your bag fails due to a manufacturing error, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. If you have requested custom embossing, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships.
