Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your leather goods in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the item is protected from scratches during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality and condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
